Board of Trustees Meeting

October 18, 2012

The meeting was called to order by Pat Beiermann, President.

Present:   P. Beiermann, C. McMillen, P. Stemmley, L. Gunderson, R. Hellemeyer

Absent:   M. Brown, E. Hauser

Also present:   Mary Brewster, Library Director.

The minutes of the meeting of September 20, 2012 were approved as written.

Motion 1:  It was moved by R. Hellemeyer and seconded by P. Stemmley that bills in the amount of $29,557.22 be paid.
