Also present:     Mary Brewster, Library Director; Kevin and Stacy McRae, Accountants.

The minutes of the Board meeting of May 21, 2009 were approved as written.

Motion 1:  It was moved by R. Hellemeyer and seconded by P. Stemmley that bills in the amount of $41,883.93 be paid.

Table the election of officers.

NEW BUSINESS

Motion 2:  It was moved by L. Gunderson and seconded by R. Hellemeyer that the work week be changed from Saturday through Friday to Sunday through Saturday effective July 5, 2009.

Motion 3:  It was moved by L. Gunderson and seconded by P. Beiermann to adopt the new salary scedule "Tentative B" effective July 1, 2009.

Motion 4:  It was moved by C. McMillen and seconded by P. Stemmley to adopt the tax bill method as the method for determining non-resident Library card fees for FY 2009-2010.

Motion 4:  It was moved by P. Stemmley and seconded by L. Gunderson to adopt Ordinance 2009-1 setting forth the time and place of the regular meeting of the Bethalto Public Library District Board of Trustees.
