Board of Trustees Meeting
March 27, 2008
The meeting was called to order by Pat Beiermann, President.
Present: P. Beiermann, C. McMillen , M. Brown, E. Hauser, P. Stemmley, L. Gunderson
Absent: R. Hellemeyer
Also present: Mary Brewster, Library Director; Stacy and Kevin McRae, Accountants.
The minutes of the Board meeting of December 20, 2007, were approved as written.
Motion 1: It was moved by L. Gunderson and seconded by E. Hauser that bills in the amount of $34,113.89 for December 2007, $25,124.93 for January 2008, and $45,286.79 for February 2008 (including the $20,000 CD purchase) be paid.

Discussed new service – clean cds/dvds (see Librarian’s report). Offer to Bethalto Public Library patrons only.
Staff meetings discussed.
Color copier discussed (see copier comparisons sheet) – purchase Williams Sharp copier at 35 ppm.
Color printer for downstairs will be purchased.
Laptop computer purchase discussed. Prices will be checked.
TIF meeting report. April 1, 2008 there will be an Anti-TIF meeting at 6:00 p.m. at the senior citizens building. May 1, 2008 will be the public hearing for the TIF held by the Village Board.
The meeting was adjourned by P. Beiermann at 9:15 p.m.
