Board of Trustees Meeting

November 15, 2007

The meeting was called to order by Cheryl McMillen, Vice President.

Present:   C. McMillen , M. Brown, E. Hauser, L. Gunderson, R. Hellemeyer (arrived late)

Absent:   P. Beiermann, P. Stemmley

Also present:   Mary Brewster, Library Director; Kevin McRae, Accountant.

The minutes of the Board meeting of October 18, 2007, were approved as written.

Motion 1:  It was moved by L. Gunderson and seconded by E. Hauser that bills in the amount of  $29,797.18 be paid.

Discussed money in First National account – concerns with it making no interest presently. Kevin McRae will check with local banks for possible changes, CD, money market, etc.

Library closings in December – December 25-25, December 31-January 1.

Discussed DCEO grant to redo Little House – we have not received the money, there is no reappropriation bill.

Discussed sign for Little House – Hellemeyers will make.

Discussed sign for new display cart in honor of Dave Walkington.

Motion 2:  It was moved by L. Gunderson and seconded by R. Hellemeyer that Holiday bonuses be given in the manner indicated below.
