Board of Trustees Meeting

October 21, 2010

The meeting was called to order by Pat Beiermann, President.

Present:                  P. Beiermann, C. McMillen, M. Brown, P. Stemmley, L. Gunderson, R. Hellemeyer

Absent:                  E. Hauser

Also present:        Mary Brewster, Library Director; Kevin McRae, Accountant.

The minutes of the Board meeting of September 16, 2010 were approved as written.

Motion 1:  It was moved by R. Hellemeyer and seconded by C. McMillen that bills in the amount of $38,015.70 be paid.

                Nayes:    None

                Absent:  E. Hauser

The Financial report was presented by Kevin McRae, Accountant. (See file)

•             Discussed Illinois Public Library Per Capita Grant.
•             Discussed Display, Exhibit, & Meeting Room Policy. Vote next meeting.
•             Levy Ordinances will be adopted at the November meeting.
  

 Motion 2:  It was moved by R. Hellemeyer and seconded by L. Gunderson to adopt the revisions to the Board of Trustees Bylaws.
