The meeting was called to order by Pat Beiermann, President.

Present: P. Beiermann, C. McMillen , M. Brown, P. Stemmley, L. Gunderson, R. Hellemeyer

Absent: E. Hauser

Also present: Mary Brewster, Library Director; Kevin and Stacy McRae, Accountants.

The minutes of the meeting of August 20, 2009 were approved as written.

Motion 1: It was moved by L. Gunderson and seconded by C. McMillen that bills in the amount of $33,310.42 be paid.

Ayes: P. Beiermann, C. McMillen , M. Brown, P. Stemmley, L. Gunderson, R. Hellemeyer

Nayes: none

Motion 2: It was moved by P. Beiermann and seconded by R. Hellemeyer that the board go into Executive session to discuss personnel issues.

The board came out of Executive session at 8:05 p.m.
