The meeting was called to order by Pat Beiermann, President.

Present:                P. Beiermann, C. McMillen, M. Brown, E. Hauser, P. Stemmley, L. Gunderson

Absent:                 N. Lawrence

Also present:        Mary Brewster, Library Director; Dave Walkington, Accountant; Joe Schoppet, Auditor.

The minutes of the Board meeting of December 14, 2006, were approved as presented.

Motion 1:  It was moved by M. Brown and seconded by C. McMillen that bills in the amount of  $36,065.24 be paid.
