Board of Trustees Meeting

December 20, 2007

The meeting was called to order by Pat Beiermann, President.

Present:   P. Beiermann, C. McMillen , M. Brown, E. Hauser, L. Gunderson, R. Hellemeyer

Absent:   P. Stemmley

Also present:   Mary Brewster, Library Director; Stacy and Kevin McRae, Accountant; Joe Schoppet, Auditor.

The minutes of the Board meeting of November 15, 2007, were approved as corrected. (Correction: Library closing dates listed incorrectly. Should read December 24-25.)

Motion 1:  It was moved by L. Gunderson and seconded by R. Hellemeyer that bills in the amount of  $29,391.44 be paid.

Entire building was rekeyed. (see Librarian’s Report #1)

Discussion – selling microform machine. (see Librarian’s Report #5)

Kevin McRae reported on investigating options with money in First National account. Recommended a portion go into a CD and the rest into a money market account.
