Also present: Jody Scott, Library employee; Mary Brewster, Library Director; Stacy and Kevin McRae, Accountants.

The minutes of the Board meeting of September 18, 2008, were approved as written.

Motion 1: It was moved by E. Hauser and seconded by P. Stemmley that bills in the amount of $33,744.13 be paid.
